Standard operating procedure for evaluating the sterilizing properties of pyriproxyfen in adult female mosquitoes in WHO bottle bioassays

This (standard operating procedure) SOP describes the process of exposing mosquitoes to pyriproxyfen in glass bottles, chambering mosquitoes for oviposition after exposure, and recording and interpreting test results. The SOP complements the WHO SOP for testing insecticide susceptibility of adult mosquitoes in WHO bottle bioassays.
