Maplaria

MapLaria is a web-based application for mapping the prevelance of Plasmodium falciparum in Sub-Saharan African countries using geostatistical methods. It provides a user-friendly interface to visualize annual prevalence estimates in children aged 2 to 10 years.
MapLaria is based on a space-time geostatistical model fitted to malaria prevalence data that are publicly available from the Harvard database.
