Objectives

The aim of this project is to understand drivers of malaria market performance, and target areas and channels for intervention in Benin, Cameroon, and Nigeria using an updated and digital ACTwatch model.

Specific objectives:

  1. Making data, methods, and tools rapidly available to decision-makers, enabling an up-to-date understanding of private sector malaria markets and drivers of market performance.
  2. Producing an open-access WHO-supported ACTwatch Lite toolkit to support and catalyze the adoption of AM/mRDT private sector market measurement in other countries.
  3. Generating malaria treatment, diagnostic, and provider data from formal and informal private sector outlets and their supply chains.
