Specific Initiatives on Procurement:

A Genomics Procurement and Supply Chain Management Community of Practice (PSCM CoP) was launched in November 2024 by the African Society of Laboratory Medicine (ASLM). This multimedia resource outlines the CoP’s structure, objectives, priorities, and initial roadmap. The formation of the CoP is a strategic initiative designed to foster collaboration and drive solutions among stakeholders to enhance supply chain management in Africa.
