Pfhrp2/3 deletion surveillance in Mali

Objectives

The aim of this project is to determine the prevalence of Plasmodium falciparum hrp2/3 gene deletions among symptomatic malaria patients in Mali and to use this information to inform rapid diagnostic testing strategies.
